Q: Will you sponsor me?
A: Absolutely not, but thanks for asking. Ride has never sponsored a rider and has no plans to do so. However, we do have a really informative article about how to get sponsored right here. Check it out.

Q: How can I submit photos to the printed magazine?
A: For submitting photos to the magazine, please send all images to the office. We do not accept anything for the magazine through e-mails or the Web. Please do a strict edit down to the sharpest photos and most well performed tricks. And if you send us anything you wish to have returned please include a self-addressed and properly return-posted envelope/package. Also make sure to include all the info for each photo: rider, trick, location, etc.

Q: How can I contribute stories, photos and videos to the Web site? A: The great thing about the Web is we have unlimited space so we are open to a wide range of story, photo and video ideas—and we'd love to see what you have to offer! We actually have a How-To page with our guidelines for submitting photos and videos. Use this page for sending anything to the site. We are open to photo galleries, contest and event coverage, random stories and interviews, videos, trailers, and whatever else you can dream up. We prefer if you send us content, you don't send it to other sites also. Ride prides itself on having exclusive content. Sorry, we cannot pay for Web content. Send all web content to fattony@transworld.net. We may not be able to respond to all emails, but will try out best. Thanks for understanding. Q: I subscribed to Ride and never got my free gift…what gives? (Or any other subscription-related questions.) A: We apologize, but our subscription department handles those things and we have no control over that. You can call the subscription department at (866) 743-3269. If you would like to subscribe to Ride, click here to order online. Q: Why doesn't this article or video on the site work? A: We won't get into the details of it all, but in December of '07, our site went through a server migration and a lot of things got messed up. Like a whole lot. And like really messed up. We try to fix things, but there is a lot of information in our site that is just screwed up and will probably be like that forever and there is nothing we can do about it right now. Thanks for understanding. If there is something you really need to see, email fattony@transworld.net and we will see if we can dig it up for you somehow. Q: Check out my band! Can you put our songs in your online videos? A: Actually all of the TransWorld sites including ridebmx.com are always looking for music for our online videos. Click here to find out how submit your songs and album. Q: I really like to write and was wondering, how do you get into writing for a BMX magazine like Ride? A: There are a lot of aspiring writers out there and we get emails like this all the time. We responded on the site once, so click here to read what we had to say. Thanks and good luck!
Q: I'm a beginner. Do you have any tips on how to get started with some basic tricks? A: Actually, we have just the thing for you. Several years ago Ride put out a full-length how-to video just for beginners. Since then we have split the video into four parts; dirt, street, ramps, and flat and put each section on the site. Click here to watch the Basics videos. Good luck and have fun! Q: There is nothing to ride in my area and no one to ride with... Can you tell me any good spots near where I live? A: No, we don't live there. You do. Stop being a lazy complainer and pedal around to find some stuff. Also, you are on the computer right now, so use the almighty power of Google to help you find parks, tracks, or other spots in your area. You may have to get creative, and you may have to build your own stuff, but it's all on you since it is your area. And if you want to get a skatepark built where you live, we encourage you to take the proper steps to getting that done. We even have a very informative PDF document we can give you to help you along the way. Email us at fattony@transworld.net and we will send it to you.
