- AST just announced this year's Free Flow Tour schedule. There are 17 stops around the country that have BMX park contests and four of those have a vert contest as well. The overall winner of the am series tour will get to ride in the real deal Dew Tour in Orlando this October. The Free Flow Tours is how Mike Spinner made his way onto the scene, so it's a great opportunity to show what you got.

- There's a new site up that is dedicated to raising money for BMX charities. Contribution Video is having a contest with proceeds going to three charities voted on by the readers. It's a great cause, so sign up and submit a video.

- Lee Dennis of the Niagara Region of Canada/New York is opening a new bike shop in Ontario, Canada. Life Cycle will have a grand opening on May 10th.
